Ivy Tech Community College recognizes essential faculty through Appreciation Yard Sign Initiative

While COVID-19 has required most businesses and institutions to make significant changes, perhaps no profession has seen as much evolution as teaching. Educators across all levels, from elementary school to post-secondary, have worked tirelessly to successfully transfer schooling to a virtual platform and to deliver quality education to their students despite the various external obstacles 2020 presented.

Ivy Tech Community College Central Indiana’s Faculty Council felt it was important to express our immense gratitude for the tireless work of their dedicated faculty. Thus, the Faculty Appreciation Yard Sign Initiative was born!

The goal was to publicly acknowledge the tremendous work that all faculty contribute to Ivy Tech Community College and it’s surrounding communities. An enormous thank you to all faculty for your astounding dedication and hard work during the past year!
