CAMPUS BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Notice is hereby given that the Campus Board of Trustees for the Ivy Tech Community College Indianapolis Service Area will be holding the following meeting at the Indianapolis Campus, 2535 Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46208.

10:00-10:45am Governance, Nominating, and Finance Committee – IFC223
10:50-11:35am Resource Development and Allocation Committee – IFC224
11:40am-12:25pm Enrollment Services and Student Success Committee – IFC322
1:00-1:30pm Executive Session of the Campus Board of Trustees
The Campus Trustees will meet in Executive Session and are permitted under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b), to discuss the subjects listed below. For each subject, a reference to the applicable subdivision of IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) and a description of that subject are included.
(2) (B) Initiation of litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
(5) To receive information about and interview prospective employees
(7) For discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute.
(9) To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees. This subdivision does not apply to a discussion of the salary, compensation, or benefits of employees during a budget process.
1:30-3:00pm Campus Board of Trustees Meeting – IFC101/102 (open to the public)
The Campus Trustees will hold the regular committee meeting at Central Indiana Campus, 2535 Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46208 to consider and take action on such items as may be brought before them.
