Advantage Shelby students participate in Leadership Day at FFA Leadership Center

On Friday, November 8, more than 70 students in the Advantage Shelby program participated in a Leadership Day at the FFA Event Center in Trafalgar, Indiana. 

During this event, students participated in a variety of team building and leadership activities, followed by a luncheon and group photo. 

Advantage Shelby County is a partnership between Ivy Tech Community College, Shelby County and the City of Shelbyville to make a college degree more attainable for Shelby County graduates.   

Through this partnership, Shelby County graduates will be eligible for:

• Advising services 
• Community mentors
• Much more
